Good home style food. After trying to find some decent food on this island and being disappointed over and over I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Got some stewed chicken, it’s flavorful without just being salty. The mochi / glutinous rice bites were good too. Wife got a bittermelon leaf soup. I can’t handle the bitterness but she said it was good. Takes card.

Love to eat hear when visiting Kauai. You need to arrive early or you gonna miss out on your favorite dish. I love their mung bean soup with bittermelon leaves, pinapaitan, pinakbet, chicken soup with bittermelon leaves, and pork hocks with potatoes. Yummy.. There are tables to eat right then and there , water provided or you can purchase a. Beverage. Several kind of desert to purchase and of course talking with the locals and getting tips on where to travel on the island for some fun. I always try to eat here at least 3-4 times while I visit this island I've tried other Filipino restaurant, but always return to this one because of the flavor of the food I'm looking for....
