Banana Tree West Hampstead

The food was amazing and very filling, good for the price as well. The service was lovely! We had Krishna, he was fantastic, checked if the food was good and if we were enjoying ourselves, the staff overall were very friendly. We got here around 6 so it wasn't busy but definitely later it picks up but it's a great atmosphere.

West Hampstead Branch - August 2023: We dined in as a family of 3 and the staff were great. Krishna looked after us well aswell the others. Krishna helped us move tables from outside to indoors happily, he was knowledgeable about the menu and what was on offer at the time. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. Place very clean & tidy. The vibe good. The staff there are very family friendly, look happy to work there & get on with each other - I guess they have a very good manager, briefed daily & trained well :) I have visited before with friends. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I had the pleasure of dining at BananaTree Restaurant recently, and I must say that the customer service provided by our waitress, Brooke, was absolutely impeccable. From the moment we walked in, Brooke greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, making us feel welcome and valued as guests. Throughout the course of our meal, Brooke's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were truly commendable. She patiently answered all of our questions, offered insightful recommendations, and ensured that our dining experience was tailored to our preferences. Her seamless coordination with the kitchen staff resulted in timely and perfectly cooked dishes that left our taste buds delighted. What stood out the most was Brooke's ability to strike a perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal and conversation. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in our satisfaction added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.
