Hot May Pot Pot

We visited the extremely cool Hot May Pot Pot recently in Knightsbridge and thoroughly enjoyed our hot pot experience. If you've never tried hot pot, this is a great place to experience it for the first time with the friendly staff on hand to explain how the whole process works. The quality of the ingredients is really exceptional from their well-marbled wagyu beef to their super-fresh seafood. You also get your own individual pots so that is great if you are going along with vegetarians for example.

Upscale and exciting hot pot experience. Lovely space combined with excellent food. We we were reminded that all the ingredients are organic with no additives like MSG or chicken powder. The quality of the produce really shines through. Individual hot pots makes this a more individual experience as well, allowing you to choose different broth depending on taste. Tried a lot of familiar flavours, combined with a lot of new ones. It was an accessible first hot pot for the both of us. Great cocktails too. Highly recommended.

Where do I start from!!!! The food was totally amazing! The reviews on here aren't hyped, they are true! From entering, all the way to our seats, meal and departure, the customer service was over the top! And there was nothing we disliked, the food was really really really good. The only think is that it's a bit on the high end (it's in Knightsbridge so should be expected). My partner and I had the pancake with beef starter, seafood platter, beef and noodles, with one drink (I had tap water, oh and they infuse it with fresh fruits!!!) and the bill came up to £165. Unlike traditional hot pots, someone prepares all the meat and serves you when it's ready, from beginning to end. We totally loved it and we would want to try the M9 beef that everyone keeps raving about. We had a little bit of the low end beef and it tasted melt-in-your-mouth amazing so cannot imagine!

We had a late lunch there after a visit to the V&A museum. The decor is modern with beautiful accents of colour. The tables were set beautifully with individual hotpots which I've never had before. The waiter went to great lengths to explain how the broths for the hotpots are made and also the sourcing of meats and seafood. The food presentation was Insta-worthy! The seafood was excellent, 3 of us had the seafood platter for 2 and added more items to supplement it and 1 went for the meat. With the veg add-on and noodles at the end, it was a very satisfying meal. I would love to visit again!

Amazing experience. Went on a Saturday night with my husband before catching a show at the Victoria Palace Theatre (walkable or a quick bus ride). The service was seamless and energetic. The host and waitstaff explained everything to us in detail. The cocktails were SO good I would literally come back just for them. My husband and I tried 4 different cocktails total and each one was a winner. The food was fresh and clean. Best sashimi I have had in London to date - presentation of everything was gorgeous and ceremonious. Only drawback to me was the price (definitely something I would save for a special occasion), but nothing outside the norm for London. Easy free street parking nearby on the weekend which is always a plus. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Just had hot pot in this very chic place with my friend last night, what a surprise! All the ingredients were really fresh - beef, seafood, juices (pomegranate juice is my favourite! Forgot to take a photo as I finished it too quickly!) I love everything there! Excellent services as well. Highly recommended!
