Greggs

The shop was nice and clean and shelves were well stocked. There were no queues and was served straight away. Joshua served me. He was very polite and friendly. It does get very busy at times. I am also regularly served by Claire. She is so nice and friendly. She makes you feel welcome when she is serving you.

This greggs is my go to work week greggs, come here every single day for the past 5 years. Food is always amazing, service is quick and staff are so welcoming and helpful. Apart from Luiza, who I honestly wish anyone who visits this greggs never has to be served by her or even speak to her. She is the most rudest, arrogant and confrontational women I have ever met in my life. Every time I am served by her she is always miserable looking, never takes a full order as she walks off halfway through, very blunt and not welcoming at all. She has been the same way for 5 years and I have found out today she has made supervisor which is very poor judgement from whoever gave her a raise as she most defiantly shouldn’t have that title or even be front of house. Today topped it off completely, there’s a lovely younger man who has served me many times ( he is an absolutely gem but I’ve never caught his name) was coming off of the tills for this horrid women to get on and serve customers, he politely asked her if she is using the till he was on to put herself on and take him off to which she completely ignored to which he asked AGAIN and asked her not to be rude ( this was quiet , I only heard as I was front of the line and quite to the counter) to which she shouted at him to shut the F up 3 times and to F off. This was very very loud so everyone in the store heard. I was absolutely shocked and even made a comment that as for a supervisor she should really have better people skills and not be so nasty to a colleague and DEFINITELY not in front of paying customers. I will be making a complaint about this Luiza and really hope it’s taken seriously as there are now multiple negatives reviews about this cretin of a women!! Luiza if you ever see this you need to resign, you’re a joke!
