Cicis Pizza

My son took us there for our 53rd Anniversary lunch. We had the buffet. They had about 5 different pizzas, A very small salad bar. I only saw Ranch and Italian dressings.They had one cheese appetizer which was fair. Most of the pizza was lukewarm.They had a small cinnamon room type dessert and an apple pie type pizza. I thought the salad & the desserts were the best But at over $7 each, we won't go back as it just was not that good. The employees were friendly and nice.

Food was pretty good but the experience sucked. The old white lady with glasses seemed a bit hateful for no reason. I let it go, just kill her kindness. She literally chopped/stabbed my pizza because I was having trouble cutting it myself. Again, I kill her with kindness and just told her thank you. Although we were the only black people in the establishment, and the only people she was consistently rude to I’ll just say she’s hateful in general. If I ever encounter this lady again, want a bit of kindness be in the building.

The food here is good, that's not the issue for 3 stars, it's the staff. When I arrived there was a nice older lady, a nice young man, but the third was a young lady who you could tell clear as day she did not want to be there. I assume she figured it was a slow shift and wanted to do bare minimum, but the moment I requested a pizza be put on the buffet, she was so unbothered she had to get to work making it. When she was done making other items she made a nice announcement for the restaurant to hear "I'm done, I'm not making anything else." That was such a turn off.
