Baskin-robbins

First, the staff is great! I normally drive through for coffee. Today, I decided i would stop in for the first time. It smelled odd in the building. It appeared the staff is working very hard to keep everything tidy. I sat down while waiting on coffee. Looked up! Omg. OMG is an understatement. The entire ceiling is covered in mold. Im not joking almost every tile. This is a huge health hazard to your employees, the food, and customers. I’m extremely mold sensitive. The owner of the building absolutely should be held responsible and fix this immediately. YOU! The business owner should be ashamed for not addressing this. This means that there are mold spores in your food products. Toxic toxic contamination. I sadly won’t be back. And i like your coffee better than starbucks but not worth it. This is not a safe environment at all for anyone. I have never seen a business operate in a building this bad. I hope this business relocates to a CLEAN safe building. This building appears beyond mold remediation.

I love Baskin Robbins waffle cones. They have the best flavor. I even go to buy just the cones themselves. But out of the last 7 or so times ive been, they only had them twice, Saying they r out of mix. Either someone is bad at knowing how much product to order or these young kids r not wanting to make them. I make sure to specifically ask if they r out of cones or the mix completely... they always say they should have some tomorrow.I drive too far to always come back tomorrow.

Whoever owns this restaurant needs to do something quick! You need a better staff. They are killing your business! We literally walked out, stood there and no one acknowledges us. There are 5 of us. 1st trip we had to ask for someone to clean up throw up. They saw it, just did nothing! Lady and her kid ran out embarrasses. The manager was in the office every time we have been. They should be out front, greeting people and making sure the teenagers that are working, are creating people, cleaning when there is down time and being friendly.

Staff was super unorganized, and i went in, waited for over 20 minutes (no exaggeration) and walked out because i was sick of waiting they were out of most flavors, and the girl working the counter was also working the dunkin donuts counter, with another girl working the drive through for both if the places. The drive through thing is fine , but if the manager reads this i would like for you to put one person at each counter instead of making poor employees work two counters at once.
