Минус долго ждать, но в меню и написано 30минут ожидания. Кафе не большое, но столики свободные есть. Официанты приятные.
Суп пюре грибной вкусный, тарелка из морепродуктов вкусная, макрель на гриле вышла примерно 300гр, тоже вкусная, никаких костей, ребёнок с удовольствием её поел.

Had a delightfully delicious lunch, it might be my fave meal while in Bora. Best dish I’ve had was the oyster mignonette. Mignonette was tangy and sweet, the oysters were fresh. The octopus tentacles was great too, didn’t really agree with the salsa verde, but I loved pairing the pulpo with the potato foam.

I'd seen videos online about how this restaurant is a must visit when in Boracay and wow! It did not dissapoint! 😋😋😋 The seafood platter was by far the best I've ever had, everything was seasoned nicely and had so much flavour. The oysters were amazing, and the clams with garlic sauce were the highlight for me. Staff are friendly also. If you love seafood in particular, I highly recommend Pig Out Bistro. 😊

Oh, this place is a revelation! You must order Grilled Pork ~ it is cooked as you order, so it may take at least 20 minutes. The pork is so think and yet so juicy and flavorful. It comes with homemade XO sauce. Btw, for hot sauce lovers, ask for their homemade hot sauce. It is the bomb!
The mackerel ceveche was so good, too. The grapefruit and other species complimented the mackerel. It is a burst of different flavors once you eat the spoonful of ceveche. The staff were all amazing. They were very attentive, friendly, and just happy people. Another one to try and I'm know you will not be disappointed!

Warm and attentive service within the cozy confines of a small seating bistro.
The chef's careful attention was clear in how each dish perfectly balanced flavors, creating a delightful and memorable taste experience.
However, there was one minor setback during the afternoon. I ordered the steak, hoping for a perfectly cooked and succulent piece of meat. Unfortunately, the wellness of the steak was not as I had requested; it arrived overcooked.
While this was a small disappointment, it didn't overshadow the overall exceptional dining experience.

The food was to class and the presentation was that you’d find in a big foodie city. They did not have a few dishes available, however it is an island in the middle of nowhere, hence it is understandable.
The cocktails are definitely some of the best on the island (including resorts) and definitely worth the money as they are on the pricier side when compared to other restaurants.
Service was quick and responsive, hence treat the people with respect or stay at home.
The setting is quaint and very central, definitely a must try while in Boracay.

Шейки вкусные , не разбавленные и не переслащены !Единственное, не поняли, почему креветки на гриле были не на гриле. Второй раз на Боракае и всегда заходим в это кафе. Все,что брали было очень вкусное ! Не смотря на полную посадку ,подача блюд быстрая .
Ценник чуть выше среднего -полностью оправдан .

Excellent! Le meilleur restaurant que j'ai fais lors de mon passage à boracay. J'y suis allé 2 fois, et j'ai été conquis par leurs plats typiques que sont le lechon belly (du porc d'une tendreté incroyable) et le beef salpicao (un ragoût de bœuf délicieux).
Et service impeccable, petite terrasse bien appréciable, rien à redire, c'est à faire !

Plats généreux, cuisine originale, recherchée et savoureuse !
J’ai pris le poulpe, délicieux, très copieux et mon mari a pris le Burger : de loin son meilleur Burger du voyage.
On recommande!
Petit bémol pour la localisation qui est au bord de la route et non près de la plage mais ça vaut le coup quand même.
