I literally drove across the street to my office, the crunchy tacos were completely wet and soft on the bottom. Contents falling out as we picked up the taco. Also Nacho Bellgrande made with all broken pieces. Glad you gave me a spark. Ridiculous. There was no rush myself and 2 cars in the drive thru, No one inside. Guess I know why now. Very disappointing lunch.

One way to always know the quality of food of a restaurant is by checking out the restroom. If the place where personal sanitation happens looks like trash, don’t expect quality food.

It was some good chicken!! I have 1 complaint I asked the cashier if she could make sure they added the juice in my coleslaw, well it was extra dry. Overall it was my only complaint.

They might as well be closed. Been there 4 times and they told me they were out of product and it arrives in 15 minutes. Same exact words each time. They smoke weed by the building and tell customers this. They should turn their doordash app off bc they won't ever make the orders.

What kind of drive thru doesn't even give you napkins or a fork/spoon for a power bowl? Knew reviews were awful but was in a hurry and close. Never again!

Yes I drove up to the speaker and I was a purchasing a Mexican pizza I came to this place a week ago and they had some but now they said they discontinued it again so I don’t know what’s going on with these pizzas at Taco Bell I love the Mexican pizzas and I hate they have got rid of it again

Don't do drive through in the rain -- there is no canopy where you order, so you/your car just gets wet. Complicating this, it's a KFC/Taco Bell... So combos for each share numbers (for clarity, please re-add a "K" and "T" to these combos on the menu). All our tacos were about .25" thick with a scant amount of meat and broken spines.

I was very pleased With the Kitchen They was wearing Gloves and Front Counter Made Sure the Order was right & The Young Lady in Drive Thru was very polite.
