Walked in to frosty twist last night to find a homeless person asleep on the couch, the floor and counter covered in toppings, and was ignored by the staff. I want to thank the staff for ignoring me and my wife, giving us an opportunity to leave rather than be in that building a moment longer. The staff deserves proper training, however the owner/manager she be removed from the store. They have failed in such a spectacular way it prompted me to leave my very first negative online review

OMG this place is great. You choose from several flavors of frozen yogurt or ice cream. It has any toppings you could possibly want and some you didn't even know that you wanted! I actually went for ice cream but left with yogurt!

I’m obsessed with the açaí. I couldn’t find a healthy version anywhere until I found the bowls here. Other places did not have natural ingredients like Frosty Twist does. They have organic açaí, dairy free, and natural sugar. They also have a wide variety of fresh fruits that you can add to the bowl. This is going to be my go-to place for açaí.

Waited 40 minutes for an açaí bowl while the workers were making tik toks. They said 2-3 minutes it turned into 20 after already waiting 20 minutes. And the açaí bowl wasn’t even worth the wait. There service is terrible but they do have good frozen yogurt.

Terrific customer service, prices, and especially product! Love the froyo, smoothies, ice cream, and shakes. The sandwiches, tea, and coffee are great too. :)
Update:
Been going here for a few years and still just as happy with everything. Good about safety during this pandemic too, unfortunately I can't say that about all restaurants.

this place was dirty as the pilots bathrooms. floors, nasty. garbage, dripping some chocolate sauce. the ceiling was caving in with water damage. there was peanut butter sauce all over the tables and who knows what on the chairs. to top it off, the cashier just kept looking at us eating our ice cream. like do you want a bite? weird stuff.

Very nice place I ordered a bubble tea was great and the service was amazing. Very nice and made my order quickly. Lolly was at the register and friendly face really nice girl!
