I wish I could leave a hood review for this place, I really do. Usually I’d love some Wendy’s, but this was far from a good experience. If you’re looking for a screwed up order, a cold order, or even someone else’s order, this is the place for you. I have never been so astounded at how long it takes to give you the completely wrong food and then argue with you about it. If you want a chicken sandwich with chicken on it I’d definitely recommend KFC!!!

I am ashamed to say I went there for breakfast in a moment of weakness. To start with my order was wrong. The biscuit was hard as a rock like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a solid week and I had gotten there maybe 10 minutes after they opened. It was probably a breakfast sandwich from the day before. It's been a couple days so at least I think I'm past having to worry about dying from the food I ate.

If you have an air fryer, this is the Wendy’s for you! Cold food guaranteed, almost every time. One time I was even served a chicken sandwich at the drive through that was mayonnaise, tomato, and bread. Workers will ignore you and is blatantly obvious no one cares about their quality of work.

I usually like Wendy's above all fast food. We went to the one in Milford and it was by far the worst I have ever had. That is saying something. The chicken sandwich, which is usually fantastic, was horrible. I swear they dropped it on the floor and the french fries were hard as a rock. They actually made McDonalds seem good.

If you don’t like your food fresh, or warm. If you enjoy poor customer service. I highly recommend stopping by this Wendy’s. My experiences include, taking a bite into a chicken sandwich that was mysteriously hard as a rock. Seemed to have been cooked through and through but could not bite it. Ordering a hamburger with nothing on it but receiving a burger bun with everything but beef on it. Asking for something while at the drive up window and having the lady shut the window as I was speaking to her. Lovely operation going on here 💙

I pulled to the first window and was asked cash or charge? When I told her cash she told me to pull to the next window. Same question, she hesitated with a sigh, told me they amount and went back to the other register to get change. Bacon by her and carmel iced coffee was great!

Had a great drive thru experience. Placed a mobile order through the app, and it was ready to pick up and get on our way. Great convenient location in Milford.
