02/26/22 - Mi Jalisco has really stepped up and improved their entire experience! I'm impressed. Let me preface this by saying that I have been patronizing this location of Mi Jalisco since 2013 and they were always a favorite of mine. Today, I received a take out order and the shredded beef in the taco was completely raw. I tried to call and received a full voicemail greeting. I have also had other issues with this location in the past year, including broken glass in a drink, and food poisoning from bad fish. The staff are great but the food and wait times have really gone downhill lately. If you guys can't serve safe food, PLEASE reconsider your hours/staffing levels for this location.

So I ordered a grilled chicken quesadilla and asked them to cut it. Went to pick it up and was told my order would be $13. I was flabbergasted at how a $7.50 quesadilla turned out to be that much. They’ve raised their prices $1, understandable due to food hikes. Well turns out they wanted to charge me $3.50 extra for salsa which they’ve never done before when I ask for it at the restaurant not ahead of time. To top it off I found a bone in my chicken which I discovered when I bit into my UNCUT!! quesadilla, not impressed this time around.

Raised their prices but have not updated the menus. So when you walk in they have signs saying they have raised prices due to everything going on which I totally get. Well when we got the bill we realized their menu was not updated and has all old pricing. I don't mind prices went up but let us know what they are. That's also illegal to do that! When you expect a taco Tuesday taco for $1.25 and it's $2.00 that's a big change. On top of that the taco meat really had no flavor.

Wish there were negative star's to give. No idea how the food is but if it's anything like the service not worth it...waited 10 to 15 minutes at the host stand, 3 or 4 servers passed by without even acknowledging us. We finally went to the bar to ask to be sat and then sat at the table another 10 minutes again without any acknowledge before we finally decided to walk out.
