Dairy Queen

We love going here after dinner at Grottos or Ruby Tuesdays or something else in town! They have the best ice cream and I always love trying new flavors! The service, in my opinion, could be better but I can tell there trying there best! We go there at least once a week and it’s starting to feel like a tradition sort of! Like I said before I know there trying there hardest and I’m always at the edge of my seat at dinner just waiting to go get ice cream!!!

It was kind of busy so i understand the delay, i had a mobile order with food and ice cream. they completely forgot my food, so i stood for another 15 minutes or so waiting, walked up to the window and the girl called somebody else’s number and shut the window. then when i got her attention she said she can’t find the mobile order, once they finally got the order they forgot all the extra sauces i paid for. like i said, i understand it being busy and understaffed but i don’t understand completely losing someone’s food/order. UPDATE: they forgot my drink, my gravy was freezing cold, and then forgot what sauces i asked for and gave me the wrong sauces. regardless i shouldn’t have had to walk up 5 different times to get my order right.
