Went to piccadilly yesterday, Sunday 1-25-21, 5:15 pm. Usually I would recommend, but yesterday was the exception. The potchops wete so tough I couldnot eat. Were out of sweet tea, and the unsweet was sour. Our server came by after I had found butter and sweetener and extra napkins. Flagged down the server in another section and got Louisiana hot sauce. Flagged same one down again and got a to go box. As we were ready to leave flagged her down again to get a to go coke as my wife couldn't drink her tea. She must have found our server as she was the one who delivered our to go drink. I know these are trying times, but to keep the doors open, you as a restaurant are going to have to improve on your service. Just my opinion!
