Conveniently located this has been my go to place for in person shopping since years. Only one suggestion is that the lift is super slow and always has glitches. It really needs some repair and maintenance. Also all offers aren't displayed. Once i bought a jeans from ONLY and learnt that it's on discount at billing, to my pleasant surprise. All offers could be displayed better, it will in fact increase sales.

I had both good and bad experiences here. 1. Good first. I had lost a credit advice for stuff that was returned earlier. I decided to go to the help desk and to my delight the issue was resolved to my satisfaction despite it being almost end of the day for all involved. Great customer service and kudos!! 2. Not so great: Earlier while shopping for my shoes and accessories on the 4th floor- I had to constantly draw the attention of the salesman - firstly there was no attendant and secondly when some one was called, he didn't look to be too enthused. Both experiences in a matter of a couple of hours!! Hope it was an exception...
