The 12th Floor

We went OTP for the the first time and we tried many dishes over there. The food taste was great, freshly cooked and very well presented. The staff were attentive and the overall service was good. Very warm and welcoming place with an opulent interior and great ambiance. The pub have been recently started and yet many people are not aware about this place. I would highly recommend my friends and family members to visit OTP. The only think I didn't enjoy was the Dj. It seems the Dj doesn't have a good taste in music otherwise it's great place to spend your weekend.

Their signature cocktails are what you go to the 12th floor for. Tried Coca-tini- made with rum and coke with a coffee and cream flavour (loved it) and trippy island iced tea - a younger sister of our favourite LIT but with 3 spirits sans coke but packs a bit more punch than the bigger sister. Both the drinks were suggested by Ranjeet without whom I would have stuck to a regular drink. You should try the mini kulchas, harabara hummus - hummus served with sweet potato chips (loved it) and chicken pesto tikka. A cool place to hangout in Malad. They even serve Hukkah.

I checked in the place today at 9PM with a bunch of 11 friends to gather to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The front line staff was very courteous & helped to settle comfortably & to our choice. Than came the flow of starters & hukka/sheesha along with intermittent drinks. Food was delicious & quickly served. Baked peas, paneer, dahi chaat, pizza etc tasted really very good. Come 10PM & the atmosphere gets electric with Singer cum Guitarist starting to roll out it’s no’s of almost all genere’s. We were all on our feet & just danced at our places to the tune. They played wonderful song for my wife birthday & we were thrilled. The place is large & well lit & ambience is too good. Surely a great place to unwind at weekend.

Me and my friends were craving for hukka/ sheesha and were searching a place where we can find it along with good food, music and drinks. One of us came up this as option THE 12thFloor, its above the kia showroom and very well located. We all reached the place by 8:30 pm on a Saturday and we were lucky that we got a table which was reserved by the other guest at 11pm. We assured them that we will leave the table once they come. But to be more lucky they didn’t turned up or the restaurant arranged them to some other table as we were not asked to leave the table as promised. They were serving some herbal flavours hukka/ sheesha as well. Two Sheesha/hukka we ordered one in double apple flavour and one in pan. Yes the pan flavoured hukka was stronger than the other one. Food we ordered – Boiled peanut chaat - it was good and chatpata Mini kulchas – good Signature chicken tikka – it was well cooked and soft Vegetarian china bowl – it was tasty and portion size is good enough for 2people. We ordered it along with paneer chilly gravy. Drinks we ordered – Beer on tap – Budweiser Mojito – nicely made The place is very well liit and the ambiance is good. The sheesha is served indoor and the service is very good. The staff is courteous and very active. The coal changing process was very fast and with minimal or no errors. The food was tasty and in good portion size and it was quick. Loved the place and would 100% recommend to everyone. The places gets livelier after 10pm. The crowd get pouring in and the place get filled. The DJ started playing Bollywood and the sound bar started increasing. It was fun filled night.

So a very amazing thing about this place is that they have a separate Jain Menu and the food items in that menu are really good. The taste is good, so is the variety. The restaurant serves north indian and continental food. I really loved the Palak patta chaat here and schezuan paneer. Perfect balance of spices. Schezuan paneer is good for everyone who likes spicy food. I also tried their chilly toasties. Not too spicy, it is cheesy and tastes good. The north indian main course specially is really tasty. The place is classy. They have some amazing cocktails. The presentation of food is lovely. Loved this place.

Located on the 12th Floor (hence the name), it gives a nice view. The ambiance is classy with good decor and spacy seating. It has a private dining area with plush sofa seating for the patrons. The service was a bit slow but the staff was polite and helpful. Recommended dishes include... 1. Desi Masala cocktail: A really tasty Guava flavoured cocktail with masala. 2. Signature Chicken Tikka: well marinated and nicely cooked chicken tikka served with green chutney. Liked it. 3. Chicken Mac and cheese (pasta) having small chicken tikka pieces with Makhni flavoured sauce. Liked it.

The food is amazing and so is the ambience! Live DJ and wide variety in bar menu, food menu is comparatively smaller. Although the waiter seemed to be in a hurry to rush us out even though it was a weekday and there seemed to be not enough crowd. Apart from that it is a must go place! Amazing dish was the bonfire pizza! Spicy but worth it.
