Jimmy Johns

This review is more or less for Jimmy Johns as a whole and not this specific location. I’m from up north where real hoagies and subs are made…Jimmy Johns definitely does not compete. The rolls are soft and bland. I had to pay extra for cheese on a turkey sandwich and nothing is sliced to order. They don’t even have sweet peppers!!! I’ve never been to a jimmy johns before and I never will be going back. I payed $8 for a mediocre sub that taste no different than subway. We need real hoagies and subs. Preparation was fast but I guess that’s bc of jimmy johns lazy procedures with everything pre sliced. Not authentic at all…

Ordered a veggie small original to take away. Tastes nice but wasn't really strong on the vegetables- iceberg, regular tomatoes, cheese and mayo. I thought there was supposed to be avocado there, but 🤷🏾‍♀️ The unsweetened ice tea was refreshing and if you want to imp it up I suggest adding your own maple or agarve + lemon juice (stir or blend!). Tastes REALLY good after. Service was friendly and very quick, and the establishment is clean

Jimmy John's is usually my "go-to" when I need a quick lunch delivered... oh but today... they failed me miserably. I left specific delivery instructions and they failed terribly by not even reading them. they had me waiting over an hour for my order and then took it back to the store. This is sad... I enjoy great food but bad service is always the deal breaker for me! Moving on...

I ordered a #12 (beach club), add bacon. It's a turkey club. I get home, and what's missing? The turkey. How do you get an order to make a turkey club, and not put turkey on it. Isn't that usually one of the first things you put on? (Maybe because it was take out, maybe they don't care). The store was empty, so it's not like they were slammed. My order was sitting there ready(obvious not right) and they weren't making other orders. Not saying I am done with JJ, but I won't be back to this branch.
