7-eleven

I got picked up this morning in cab #179. I asked to stop at the 7-11 since it’s on the way to work. Very unprofessional and rude to ask a customer you have never met before to do them a “favor” and get them cash/change from in the store. I declined and he got emotional. He could have went to the bank on his own time or gotten out of the vehicle himself to do so. I am a customer not a buddy.

I just want to leave a review for an amazing day for my preschool students. After asking ahead of time if it was okay to bring (14) children into the 7 eleven for free slurpee day (7/11/19), we were met with kind faces, cheerful greetings and so much help! They made our day easy and full of happiness. Thank you so much for this store care and willingness to make each child feel special! Thank you again from Live Laugh and Grow!!

The staff there today was rude. She seemed incredibly annoyed by the fact I didn’t want to use my app or put in my phone number. To the point where she forced me too to conclude my purchase. I was in a hurry and just wanted a soda on my way to work. The amount of attitude she gave was ridiculous, I think her name was Dee. I will not be stopping there again, the way she made me use my app almost seemed predatory. Again I just wanted a soda!

I can say that I never use to like this seven eleven intill now. A young gentlemen of the name Russell asked me how my day was and also even tried to offer me help because I have a leg injury and he wanted to make sure I got in and out the store safe. Seven eleven hired the perfect person for the position and thats Russell !

Shouldnt even have any stars! I dont know what happened to this place after the last owner sold it back to Corp, but I went in to get my lottery and the girl at the register was RUDE!!! Like I was bothering her and when I said thank you she said nothing! And then I go to check my tickets after the drawing and missing half my tickets she charged me for!! If I paid 20 I should have 20 lottery tickets not 11! This place has turned into a dump, with untrained rude people. I WILL NOT BE BACK I'll go to Tidewater Dr for now on. And from the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one!

The service is horrible. It's gone down since the last owner. The manager is very uncaring about the customers and the appearance of the store. Correcting her mistakes would go a long way. The customers have to pay for her lack of accountability. I've been going to this store for over 5 yrs and now I won't. Bad atmosphere, bad business. My actual rating is 0 stars.

Some of the clerks are so rude! The woman who rang me up tonight was so rude and even riled her eyes when I asked her to put my rewards in bc the machine was down for me to enter my phone number. This 7-11 is right down the street from my home but I think I will start going to the other 7-11 further down the street!
