Toujours aussi excellentes les glaces Berthillon : myrtille, cacao amer, framboise, chocolat sont à tomber... Service très correct et pas d'attente.
Un magasin confiseur qui vend les glaces berthillons certes elles ne sont pas données et encore les autres revendeurs sont plus cher (en plus avec la guerre en ukraine elles ont pris 1 euro 50 pour deux boules ) mais ceux sont les meilleurs glaces de Paris voir de France
Glaces excellentes ! Même si la serveuse ne sait pas faire de boules ! Mais plutôt un pâté de glace !
Not the og Berthillon, but still amazing since they serve their sorbets and ice creams! The og was closed when we went, so we settled for this place.
The man serving was super helpful and gave us great recommendations. The raspberry sorbet is one of the best I've ever had.
My girlfriend got one scoop of a sorbet but decided she wanted two. The man serving us said that this wasn't a problem and decided to give her two scoops, discarding her previous one. He easily couldn't plopped another on top, but he decided to redo it and give her a bigger cone at no extra charge. Such great service from a hole in a wall.
Beware, they serve the amazing Bertillon Ice cream but they are not THE Bertillon store on Ille de la Cité.
As this is the first shop with a Bertillon logo when you come from the Notre Dame, some people might get confused. Bertillon has such a good Ice cream that many shops along the Ille, and all over Paris itself, sell it. You can even find it on Champs Eliseè
I'm posting a picture from both stores so you can know the difference. This said, Bertillon ice cream is really pretty good, wherever you order it.
They have plenty of flavors, some exotic ones, and all that I tried taste really good.
On this run we had Dark Chocolate, Caramel butter with salt, Turron and Cherry.
All of then had different textures, but all of those were good. No excessive artificial flavors were noted (and I was specially worried about Cherry) and they had just the right amount of sugar.
Of all the flavors that I tasted, I would say that Caramel is a must.
Berthillon is one of the best ice cream you could find in Paris. The texture and flavors still stuck on my mind. The smooth silky texture of ice creams and sorbets are very hard to forget. For me, I never find any sorbet that are this good as berthillon before. I really love this ice cream. I ate like 3 scoops each time and didn’t feel that it was too heavy for me but of course with the sugar it hit you quick(never too full with this ice cream) Worth every bite and I have no regret ! I went to this shop because berthillon shop itself was always so busy. I don’t mind to eat here as long as they keep the ice cream in the right temperature.
Me encanta el lugar porque es de los que venden helados berthillon con más antigüedad y sobretodo que tienen menos fila :).
Sells the renowned Berthillon ice cream! 3€ for a small scoop but that's the going rate along the entire street so I guess I can't complain.
Small iceshop where they sell the excellent tasting Berthillon icecream in very many nice flavours. You might have to wait in line for a minute.
It's a must stop on our list everytime we are in Paris. Love the ice cream and the owner 🍦cafe' et carmel buerre sale. C'est manifique.
