Subway

Rather unpleasant experience at this Subway. 1) Most of the staff are curt and impolite. 2) They overcharged me €3 for no reason and did not explain the charge, just told me that this was the usual price. As someone who orders from Subway almost every week, I was certain it wasn't true. 3) I got 2 Cucumbers and 3 Tomatoes on a footlong and when asked why he is not putting the usual quantity, he said it would cost extra. All in all would definitely not recommend this particular restaurant.

The good: + staff speaks English, friendly + clean premise + fresh food, bread is soft and not dry, my sub was dripping with melted cheese and sauce. + faces the cathedral Notre Dame, great view The bad: - pricing for some items weren't mentioned, beware when asked about cheese and bacon, charges apply - no refills for beverages - toilet usage costs €0.50 Me and my mates were happy with our lunch, fair price for a simple satisfying meal.

The health department needs to inspect this place, it is absolutely disgusting! The staff are dirty, the food was awful. The floor in the seating area has bugs crawling all over the floor. I would not let my dog eat there let alone humans. I’m surprised I didn’t get food poisoning, I was worried all day after that experience. I would not return even if you paid me to!

Be aware of this thugs. They will charge you extra for nothing. We have been charge 4€. When we asked that lady, she refused to answer and other guy came there and give us 3€ back. Really?? This what you should do by tourist place?Lady who works there is unkind with any customer. One of the customer asked her for katch up she said she don’t have it. After few minutes customer went back to other guy and then in their language she told him to put an extra. I wish i can give -5 reviews in this restaurant. Subway Franchises needs to review this restaurant.

Dec 8 4pm. Many people were waiting as the staff just sat around without helping anyone. The place was completely filthy. My wife was given corn on her sub even though she didn't ask for corn. When she told them that, they took the corn right off the sub and placed it back into the container covered in sauce to give to new customers. When I paid I was given 5 Euro in 20 cent coins! There was such a handful of coins that it was falling all over the place. When I told him to pay me in bigger denominations he refused and I was stuck with that massive handful of change. On top of all that they charge their customers extra to use the bathroom.
