Golden Chick

This place has a lot of potential to be better. Long wait times, not a lot of staff, the food is a hit and miss. The first time we went in it was good. Still had a long wait time though. I'm talking almost an hour. To top it off, I went in yesterday and the food was cold and very dried out. I ordered the golden tenders, and they were just dried up and shriveled. It was very disappointing after almost an hour of waiting. All in all, this place does have good food and potential, but it is more of a hit and miss right now. I hope to give 5 stars eventually!

Have been to the Golden chick in Paris on more then one occasion and everytine we go we order extra rolls and other things because we are a bug family and I am told everytime that they can't make our food that way because they wont have enough product for other customers. We are told this every visit now after today I will no longer be ordering food from there do to the rudeness of being to we can't order what we want.

This was my first time going to Golden Chick but it will DEFINITELY NOT be in my last. It is the very best chicken I've ever eaten. It was perfectly seasoned, perfectly breaded, very delicious, the crust was flaky, easy to bite into and very tender and juicy. The employees were very friendly, polite and courteous. They were joking around with each other like they were enjoying their work and enjoyed working together. It was breaded and fried right there in front of us. I cannot say enough good things about Golden Chick. I love it! love it! love it! I can't wait to try their fish and rolls next.

We’ve visited this establishment a few times and have been pleased with the service and food. Except for this time. They were out of soft drinks, corn nuggets, they had paper straws and our order took 20 minutes to get to us. I ordered spicy tenders and got regular. The gravy has been lumpy on all of my visits yuk!! Rolls were excellent and fries also.

I like golden chick most of the time they are great. They always answer the phone where i am able to order my wicked wings before hand. But today ive been on hold for 20 mins waiting for them to come back onto the line to take my call in order. I was able to drive to the restaurant and order my meals and they still have not came back onto the phone to take the order. And the only reason I am saying anything is because they are not busy
