Been there twice in three days for the simplest thing on the menu a choc dip cone each time I was told the machine is broken and doesn't heat up. I guess I will have to go-to a big town to get such a simple item on the menu

I ordered a new york strawberry cheesecake with extra cheese cake. I got 1strawberry no cheesecake just crumbs. I paid for something that I was not happy with. The next time I will check to see if I got what I ordered and if not I will return and get my money back or y'all make it the way I asked you to. Hire people who know what there doing!

Service was absolutely terrible! Never going back ever until they want to make it right! Ordered a royal blizzard that was melted by the time we got it so it was never flipped also the Dilly bar was melted the only thing frozen was our pup cup! Called and our name was taken so we went back for the promise of our blizzard being remade a new Dilly bar and a coupon for a free blizzard and was told that we never called and they couldn’t give us anything.
So one star for the service only because I couldn’t put zero!

The last 3 times I've went here I've been asked to hold on when I pull up to the speaker. Which is fine except for when I've been waiting for ten minutes an there's not even another car in the drive thru. Trip before this one it was almost $5 for a small order of fries and I sat at the window waiting for someone to take my money so long that I ended up driving off. Never again.

They say that they stay open till 10:30 on Friday night and Saturday night but when I get there at 10:06 they say they are closed. I call to ask if it just temporarily closed but they tell me I'm breaking up and hang up.??
