Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had a bit of a bad experience. But it became better when the new hostess attended us. Her name was Carly. She was great. We arrived at Olive Garden and they took another family of four before us. Then they took us to our table after we sat at our table another family of six were sat right by us. The family before us and my family were sitting there for over 15 minutes with out anyone attending to us. But the last family that was sat at the table next to us. The family of six were attending quickly by the hostess that was supposed to attend to us and the other family. Carly the hostess saw us sitting for a while and then told our hostess, I will take their drink order. So Caryl took our drink order and the other family of four drink order as well. Carly then saw that the hostess still had not came to our table and the other family before us table so we heard when she told the other hostess I am just going to take their orders. That is what I call excellent service. She kept apologizing, but it was not her fault. The hostess that should have attended us should have came to apologize and let us know that she would be with us soon, but she never once came to our table nor the other family. I understand they were busy. But Carly had her tables that she was attending and saw that there were customers that had not been waited on. I was going to give a 1 star, but because Carly took good care of us that is why I am rating you at 5 star. Thank you Carly we need more Carly's at Olive Garden.

I had a really great 75th birthday dinner at this restaurant. I can not say enough good things about our lovely experience. First the manager or supervisor (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) went literally out of her way to get my husband a drink that he ordered.Our server Selena was excellent - she definitely enjoys her job and couldn’t do enough to take care of us. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

We were seated fairly quickly but the table we were sat at had really bright lights pointed at us so we had to switch tables and as a result, got a different waiter. We couldn't have asked for better! Our waiter was Nick and he provided exceptional, I mean he went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable! We got our food the quickest we have ever dining here and he was just on point with everything. Checked up on us frequently to make sure every need was met. He was very friendly. We haven't had better service in a long time! Thank you Nick, you rock and deserve a raise!

My daughter and I had lunch at this Olive Garden today and we had a great experience 😊. We were seated right away, and the server brought us a high chair for my grandson as soon as we were seated. Veronica, oir server, was very friendly & welcoming. She was also very efficient. We never had to wait for our drink refills or food. The salad was delicious as always, and the Chicken Alfredo was delicious. I always enjoy the Italian music at Olive Garden Restaurants, which really adds to a fun ambiance. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom. All staff was friendly and professional. We would definitely return again!

My experience was not just good it was excellent. The moment we walked in we were helped by an awesome woman who seated me and asked if I was expecting guests and she asked for the name. I was seated and not long after our server came and was AWESOME (unfortunately I didn'tget her name). She made sure we were taken care of and very professional. Loved this location and the customer service. Will be returning to this location soon.

Is a nice restaurant. Very clean. The waitress is congenial and friendly. The food? Excellent. The manager on a Saturday early afternoon welcomed each table of guests dining in our area. Very pleasant and surprising. Overall, it's a great place to entertain family and friends. In our alcove, the acoustics made it difficult to hear our conversations with one another. With a table of customers directly behind ours and three tables of customers on the other side of ours, all conversations bounced off the walls and were loud. I'd say to go to this particular restaurant between lunch and dinner hours when less crowded or to ask for a more private table. Other than the loud talking, this is a fabulous place to eat. We had a good time in between customers. If you want a smaller bill, I'd suggest drinking the water with a twist of lemon or lime.
