Bibiano's Mexican Restaurant

I found out about Bibiano's about 2 months ago through a friend. I've eaten there 5 times now and every visit has been great! The staff are very kind and attentive. The food is very good. I don't usually eat tacos but when I go here, I find myself ordering their tacos with ground beef. To me, they are very tasty and the shells are light and crispy. The enchiladas are great as well! The cheese crisp is very big and they're very generous with the cheese! The horchata is very good and so are the churros. I recently went on a Friday night and there was a person playing live music. Very cool! I live 14 miles from Bibiano's but go there whenever I am nearby because the people and food are great and I like to support locally owned and operated businesses.

I love the Carnita's (pork) dinner. It comes with lots of delicious, tender, lean Carnita's pork, tortillas, rice, beans and they even include sauces/salsa and pepper as well as guacamole. Being on Keto, I use my low carb tortillas but my husband enjoys the extra tortillas for his 3 enchiladas and hard shell taco meal. The rice and beans are so good that I break keto for them. This is our To Go destination for great food, when we have a game or a movie to watch. The people here are friendly (we call our order in) and the atmosphere is very nice, but we've not eaten inside yet.

We have been coming to Bibianos for 10+ years. Paula the owner is so so sweet and amazing. All the staff has been more than amazing. The food is amazing. They know exactly what we want when we come in and take care of us. Always have a smile on their faces even when they are packed and busy. If you are looking for a fun, welcoming atmosphere..this is the place to go. Real authentic Mexican food and the service is like no other. It's our go to Mexican food restaurant! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
