Papa Johns Pizza

Great staff and amazing delivery driver! Only downside was that I ordered a extra stuffed crust and the thicker part of the crust was mainly raw. Called the store and was offered to remake it, instead I asked for a refund just to be on the safest side of things. If you order an extra stuffed crust be sure to ask for it to be cooked for a few extra minutes. Other than that it was a good experience!

I thought I could try a different Papa John's location since the one on Sheridan is terrible. I ordered through Uber Eats. All customization requests were disregarded (I asked for light sauce and no pepperoni on my meatball Papadia, but it was swimming in sauce and contained pepperoni) and both items I ordered were burnt. The Papadia managed to be both burnt on the edges but also soggy and falling apart in the middle thanks to the heavy sauce. Rest assured I learned my lesson in thinking I could EVER get a decent meal from a Papa John's location. Your employees just don't care.

I ordered pizza for my mom while she was staying in a hotel for surgery the next day. She was extremely nervous so I had the order made to "Mom Ma" and the delivery instructions was to say "Pizza time" when they arrived. The delivery man was hesitant to say it but eventually he did. I truly appreciate that man. He made my mother's night. He definitely deserves a raise. Not to mention the order was correct and she enjoyed the pizza. Keep up the great work.
