Teapioca Lounge Pflugerville Station

I love the smoothies here with boba because they have a lot of fruit smoothie options that have real fresh fruit in them. I loved the watermelon one and banana so far. The peach and lemonade drinks are delicious as well. I can't personally speak to the traditional boba teas because I don't like cold tea and haven't tried their hot teas yet.

Mediocre. I’ve been coming to this location for a while. 2 years. Mostly because it’s the only decent place to get Boba. I order the same Mangonada with extra boba. It’s never consistent. Probably because of different workers. Today I asked for a large Mangonada and they got it wrong. The person offered to remake it and charge me because it was not documented and we did not get a receipt. The machine was down, which is understandable. I was already pretty upset because we have waited 37 minutes. They were about to close and I did not feel like waiting any longer. The drink was honestly bland and watery. Probably one of the worst drinks I’ve had from here. Later I find out the person who was taking the orders has messed up on multiple orders. Meaning other people had the same problem as I. The music is always blaring in the store. It makes hearing the employees impossible and generally unpleasant. I would come here again, because there’s no other option. If there were I would ditch this place in a heart beat. The music is loud, it’s costly, inconsistent, and MID. 2/5.

Today, on June 19 at 5:10 PM, for the owners who want to check the schedule or cameras to see who was working that day, specifically at the register. The lady at the register had terrible customer service. She did not acknowledge us as we were standing in front of her trying to make our order. We asked about the promotion for Father’s Day. She had no idea. We noticed that our drinks were ready but other drinks were coming out before ours. Whoever was the finisher did not hand out our drinks which were just sitting there! my husband had to go up there and ask for them. As I was standing there infront of the lady she was dropping same girl who was working the register was using inappropriate language such as the F bomb and the B word. The language she was using was very disrespectful. I am not sure if I would want somebody working for my company with that kind of mannerism. The drinks are obviously really good. But I couldn’t really enjoy it because the experience was terrible. They also weren’t wearing any nametags. So hopefully date and time can give owners time stamps to look into it.

Overpriced and cannot even make a good quality drink and to top that off very rude staff. Tried this place for the first time, got the iced tea boba with peach flavor and I had to dump it after having couple of sips. This was probably my first and last time just like the saying first impression is the last impression. First of all, the drink is already over priced and they literally charge you on top of it for every little thing which is fine but the quality of drink is horrendous. I am surprised that this business is still up and running considering how good Ding tea nearby and Gong Cha is, maybe this place can learn some lesson from them on delivering quality product for reasonable price. I would never visit this place again considering there are so many great options nearby.

Today was my first time going to this Teapioca Lounge location in Pflugerville. I frequent the Parmer location more, but wanted to also go to this one, despite it being slightly further away from my house than Parmer. My favorite drink is the Oolong Cream BlasTea with coffee jelly (I don't know why but it works). Taste was on par and same as the other locations I visit. However, this is the ONLY location (I have gone to Parmer and the Arborteum one) where my selection of Cold No Ice doesn't fill the cup all the way and leaves the top lip of around 1 inch empty for the "ice" that I didn't want. Nowhere on the app does it say that I wouldn't have a full sized drink when I didn't want ice, especially as the other locations don't do this. Other franchise bubble tea stores (Gong Cha, Kung Fu Tea, Sharetea, Ding Tea, etc) fill the entire cup with the same criteria of Cold No Ice, so it must be specific to this location. Will likely not come back to this one if for the same price I can get a filled to the brim drink.
