This location is drive thru focus they don’t care about their dine in customers. When I was driving across the parking lot there were no cars waiting at the drive through menu board but I had to wait for the guy behind the counter to acknowledge me then I had to wait for him to take 4 more orders for the drive thru. I have eaten here once or twice a week for almost 2 years. One of the ladies remembered my name one of the last times I was in and I guess that will be the last time I eat there

As I sit in the drive thru line for 20 minutes I decided to write a review. Cars are lined up out of the parking lot, some driving away. This used to be my go to spot for quick service since I don't get a long lunch but not anymore. I waited 20 minutes last week in the drive thru and only ordered a kids slider meal and still got the wrong slider. The cars are waiting to put their order in with no cars in front of them that's the hold up, not placing orders makes no sense to be waiting to put your order in with no cars in front of you. Very frustrating to say the least. I don't know what happened to Arbys in Pineville but I advise not to go there this is my last visit. Yes I'm still waiting in line as I have typed a entire review just in case anyone wondered.

I never lmew they had to before, but the white cheddar Mac and cheese is back!!! I just had to try it. I asked the gentleman at the window if it was good, he said yes but you've got to put some salt and pepper on it. I took his recommendation and did just that. I was honestly impressed at how good it was. Probably the best thing on the menu right now!

Terrible Customer service! I pulled up to the drive thru and the speaker says, "Welcome to...Oh!". Then silence. I replied, "Hello?" Again, silence. I waited. The speaker comes on again and a sarcastic female voice says, "Can I help you with something?" I replied, "Yes, I'd like to place an order." The female voice replies, "I'm waiting on you!" No way am I spending money at this restaurant! 4:55 pm on Sat., Feb. 26, 2022

Information shown on menu. A lot of the items have been discontinued I.e. potato cakes, potato bites, and others. Do not trust the items shown on their menu. Also, the Pineville location is now closed on Sundays although the physical location shows that they are open. Their marketing team needs to do some work on this.
