The Original Pancake House

Update 11/2023. A solid breakfast place for anyone. Clean, warm, and inviting breakfast house with great food and service (although I didn't have pancakes). Food was fresh and prepared as ordered. Our large party was no problem for the staff. Atmosphere was great and prices were right on. I will go back anytime I'm in the area for breakfast.

Great biscuits and gravy, and amazing service. Thank you to everyone working here for providing such a pleasant experience. The atmosphere here is peaceful and warm and fuzzy feeling. The employees are all very kind and willing to serve you happily. Also, if you come at 6 am when they open, it's a very wonderful experience eating delicious breakfast as the sun comes up.

It's been years since we celebrated my Mom's birthday here. I've been craving the apple pancake, so went out of my way and came for breakfast. The apple pancake was just as good as I remembered, and the side of bacon was perfect. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. I'm very happy with my experience.

This is by far the best chain of breakfast restaurants. I grew up going to the very original one on Barber Blvd. The consistency between the locations for service and food quality is actually amazing. There is nothing lost! The food is always top quality and the service is always very good. We will always go back. I love the Dutch baby.

A great little place for any kind of pancake you would hope for! Our waitress (Diane) was amazing and attentive. They also allowed our four legged family member to join us on the patio (so long as she promised to be well behaved!) Our food was outstanding (we had bacon and eggs as well as pancakes and the bacon was thick sliced!). The pancakes were delicious!!

A great diner, with big portions and good food. The Original Pancake House has delicious breakfast food, unlimited coffee (once you buy a cup) and ample space to get you seated quickly. The atmosphere is the typical hustle-bustle of a diner. Try to get seated by their fireplace, as it feels cozy-er. If you need a quick spot to eat right before / after your flight, this is just a few blocks away from Bend's airport. Ample parking available!

A nice place to stop for lunch with a breakfast menu until closing in the afternoon. You will find a complete breakfast menu with pancakes, waffles, egg specialties, crepes, and omelettes. I wanted to order a Dutch Baby Pancake, but it was almost time to close. My order was blueberry pancakes, eggs, sausage patties and cranberry juice. I received my order after a short wait and had no problems with my food. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the sausage had good taste, and the eggs were not ovetcooked. Located near the Redmond Airport on SW 6th street. An old fashioned breakfast restaurant with friendly service, a complete menu and good food.
