The cakes are beautiful and flawless in appearance. Excellent detail. However... They overwhipped their whip cream such that it was closer to whipped butter than whipped cream. Kinda leaves that fatty coating on your tongue as you eat it instead of being smooth and creamy. Sponge part of the cake was also kinda dry. Summary: looks great but tastes just okay...

Staff and management have poor manners and integrity. Tells customers off while they're looking for items, while they are about to release their discounted products at end of day because they can’t keep those for the next day. They said: "You cannot wait here for the discounted items". First, it's an open shopping mall and although it's a private place, you have to treat people with respect. Secondly, you are accusing a customer without proof and it was our first time visiting there.
Also, their staff tell customers their product don’t contain nuts when there clearly is.... Did you know people can die from allergic reactions?

Hair in the birthday cake, I sent the email to customer service. No response at all. I will not buy from them.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I asked for a specific cake clearly and they give me the wrong cake with an ingredient that I can under no circumstances eat. What’s so inhuman is not that but the fact that they wouldn’t switch the cake with the actual cake I ordered, (mind you I didn’t even open the packaging, it was completely untouched) so now I have to go home with a 30$ cake that i Cannot eat. Do not get your cakes for any event here. If I could I would give this place 0 stars.

Prices are reasonable, but their fresh mango cake tasted a bit bland. I was expecting more natural sweetness and tanginess coming from the mango, unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

One of their old-aged cashier was very impolite and rude when taking my money for purchases: When I was paying for my purchase and try to pay with cash that old-aged cashier was hitting the countertop and suggested me to put cash on it. She refused to look at me when taking my money and she did not say anything after taking my money. This is the rudest cashier that I have ever run into at that bakery.

Everything they make is awesome. I especially enjoy their Portuguese egg tarts.

I appreciate that this location is right by the entrance. Baked goods are always en pointe. It does get busy at times, it would be helpful to ensure there are two cashiers during those peak hours.
