This Tim Hortons is located inside of Kwantlen university on the ground floor. They provide good quality of bakery items and drinks. Tim Hortons is my all times favourite store to visit every time I come to Canada.😊

Great view of the beautiful Richmond kwantlen road. Offer quite a lot of seating including booths and tables. Good place to meet up for group projects and exam study groups. Offers great selection of beverage drinks and sandwiches. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good amount of free parking spaces and open during school hours. Fresh muffins everyday and great coffee.

One of the ladies (I'm guessing she's manager) gave me and the delivery guy a free drink for our hard work delivering boxes of supplies and ingredients!
