Goat Tree

I was going to give a lower rating because I am fuming but also need to be fair. Wanted to stop here for a couple of drinks and dessert- we just had an early dinner. Not sure what this manager gets paid to do…. He told us to order at the counter and it would be brought over. I asked him to show me a seat whilst my husband ordered at the counter, so he proceeded to tidy some menus and kept me waiting- not that he took one of them for me, you know? Just in case? He had an unfriendly demeanor when he finally took me to a table. The servers inside where incredible apart from the manager again, slowing everything down, not providing cutlery or even opening the bottle of water. We had to ask again …oh and it was not brought over, we had to bring it to the table. The place is in a nice spot, great for a sunny day outside. This man really made the experience bad, managed to be part of the whole terrible experience. The pastry I had was really good.

Had a beautiful fruit pastry it was worth every decadent bite! At first try the counter server took one of the beautiful croissants with fruit on top and dumped it upside down in the bag. I couldn’t believe what I saw her do. The service was not equal to the beautiful food served nor the magnificent atmosphere. I suggest management get on top of this and look forward to returning. Hope this place makes it as the desserts and pastries are very special. We had to wait a long time to be served the food we ordered.
