I'm at Yakun T1. The staff who was preparing the meals seems very experienced and skilful! The meals are really yummy 😋 I'm here on a Wed morning (6am) and there's a longgggg queue. The boss can probably consider hiring one more staff to take orders and the other person to prepare eggs and beverage 🤔

The sandwiches choices is a must try specially ( at least for me) the Otah sandwich. Not an otah person before but this one has a good balance of spiciness from the otah, a bit of crunch and sweetness from the bread and refreshing taste from the cucumber and lettuce :) Just too bad they don’t offer the set for this anymore. And not all branches has it. We got this from Changi Terminal 3 Basement 2

I never knew how rude staff could be. If you want to speak in Chinese and say this Indian person is lost, go do it to someone who doesn’t understand mandarin. Firstly you took my order and payment and ask me to please pick up from the left, so i do. Then whilst waiting you daringly say why this person (为什么这个人) and both staff look at me. Then tell me “take your order la”. There’s only the tea on the tray. Then condescendingly speak to an immigration staff that this Indian person is lost. Instruct me to sit down and you’ll call me when my order is ready. So maybe some customer service training is required. “Thank you, please take your tea and be seated h till we call you to collect your other items”. It’s not that busy that you can’t give some little customer service. T2 departure terminal

Pros: Cheap food available since 5 AM in the morning. But it opens from 4 am. for drinks. Taste is awesome for the honey lemon drink. The Kaya and butter toast is wow. Staffs are agile and good. Still I will recommend to visit this food joint once for sure. Cons: Less seats as compared to long queue and customers.
