The Nasi Goreng with Satay was not bad. I would say it's about average. The satay sauce was cold although the satay themselves are warm. I did like the Bandung Soda though. It is quite refreshing and I could drink three to four of them. There isn't a crowd when I went to it and was seated immediately. So, that's good.

Firstly, this restaurant forces you to pay 30 cents for tap water. I can go to the bathroom and fill up to my heart's content for free. This is unacceptable. Doing that just shows how desperate you are. I ordered the ayam penyet set while my husband ordered a beef redang set. Food taste was decent. The gross thing is my husband bit into a rock amongst his ikan bilis. A rock! The manager came over and apologized profusely and investigated the matter with the kitchen. They told us that the ikan bilis wasn't thoroughly washed so the rock was cooked with it. The manager kindly offered another plate but we don't want another plate. Ugh. He then kindly took it off our bill and even offered dessert. He did what he could and all the right things to appease an unpleasant situation like this which is why I gave two stars instead of 1. I would not go back again though.

Its ok. Nothing special really. The satay platter sauce is sweet. Doesnt have the "smoked" flavour. The grilled chicken rice was just ok. Staff are friendly bunch. Only dislike the server who eavesdrop in my conversation with my partner when we got into a debate, while waiting for our food to be served. she squeezed in put of no where with what i assume is a jok, "dont be angry". I didnt appreciate that. But i understand she might have wanted joke around.

I'm a regular there. Used to go there for all kind of occasions because their food used to taste good. Went there for lunch yesterday. Food quality has dropped. I ordered satay n nasi lemak. The ketupad n sambal was cold. The prawn in the nasi lemak seems to b frozen prawns. Didn't taste fresh. I will think twice if I want to go there again. Chefs should check the quality of food b4 serving it to customers.

Food is decent given the price. For $12-$15/pax you can have authentic Indonesian food in a restaurant setting. However staffs are not very helpful, my last 3 visits have been greeted by bored staff. Not sure about the reason... Their delivery menu on Foodpanda is good as well, quality is consistent.
