Sudden craving of the Thai Sukiyaki Nam which I just had 1 week ago (JP branch). At first glance, I was slightly disappointed by the presentation. It looks like a bowl of home-cooked magi mee (ok, maybe a more high-class version).
But after digging in, I was instantly sorry about the earlier mis-judgement. The wholesome bowl was full of fresh ingredients: fat prawns, white fish chunks, octopus rings, vegetable and egg!
The soup was yummy just like the last time.

A very bad experience with ThaiExpress at J cube. The restaurant manager named Vincent was rude and useless.
1) We ordered 4 cups of chendol and request 1 cup don't put sugar. During the serving all 4 cups were without sugar. He brought the 3 cups to add sugar and he shake his head, as if is our fault.
2) The whole sofa top dropped off and causes my mum fell onto the floor. The restaurant manager just said sorry and walk away without offering any help...

Terrible experience! Absolute waste of money. 3 simple and average tasting meals us cost $36. Don't expect to get a glass of water either unless u pay $2 per bottle. These bums are absolutely divorced with doing business in today's competitive food industry. Go to Kopitiam or hokker centre to get better quality at lower price.

Thai food here is pretty decent.
Is not expensive and they have a membership which if you take during your visit then you can get a "phat thai seafood" free.
The study shell crab was excellent. Worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for something a bit different.

Have lunch at Thai Express Jcube today. Vincent the restaurant manager does not project a good customer experience. Quite pushy in dictating our table when even when the restaurant is literally empty.
He is not accomodating when we requested an item in the dish to be replaced. Tone not friendly and collect utensil even before we say ok. Should have checked the reviews before dining in here. I will never dine here again.

The pineapple fried rice was served but the prawns is not fully cooked, I've mentioned it twice but this server who wears a spectacle and a bit plump at Jcube outlet just pretend that he heard nothing and walks away.We ordered 2 plain rice to go with some other dishes, then I ordered another bowl of plain rice for my kids. This server end up asking us to decide on how many bowls of rice before we order.I mean there's only one table of customers at that moment, his attitude as a server is very bad and the food doesn't taste nice at all!Sigh...
