Pontian Wanton Noodles

My mother’s experiences with the ordering cashier staff was bad. Not the first time but a few times since last year. Very impatient and giving rude remarks. The staff is a female Chinese, ponytail hairstyle without specs. Company’s management please educate your staff. With her black face, just made customers felt like we owe her something. Not happy with her work, just resign and stay home. Next time I am the one myself, being serve this way, I make sure I take her face and let others beware of her before getting further disappointment or shock by her. Management, please take note.

Char siew was cold and the noodles were soaked in sauce (not drained of the water it was cooked in). Service by the Malaysian female was nonchalant and she did not bother to even look at the customer. Getting from bad to worst. I remembered having good tasting wanton noodles here at the store, but it seemed, when the younger ones take over, the food quality is compromised alongside the quality

Hearty wanton meals, good proportion of serving sizes and variety of both hot & cold drinks. This shop is always full house and there’s plenty queueing for take away too. Prices are reasonable and dining is spacious enough. Staff is polite, attentive and always on their feet. You can top up $1 if you like to upsize you’re bowl from regular to large. Better value for money!
