the product is good but the service can be improved. I came here at 21.30 the male staff with a black glasses is very impatient. That should be in your office hour right? And he told me only cash but when I claimed I didn’t bring any cash with me he then show me the qr of play lah. Generally speaking very rude.

Dessert are good but service to be improved. Staff told me they accept only cash. Double and double confirm with the staff regarding of the payment method since I never bring cash. The girl insist told me only cash acceptable until I ask whether can pay by paywave. The staff told me they accept paynow/paylah and take out the qr code for me to scan in a not polite way. 🤷🏼♀️And told me to bring cash next time. I’m wondering why don’t let customer choose while you have different payment method🤷🏼♀️🤦♀️

I alway support Nine fresh ...but customer coming buy food not is for free ...so rude the staff name IREN ( maybe MAlaysia) if u can’t nicely do cashier I hope u need change other kitchen...don’t service look like market when talking with customer.hope u become professional...ur job make ur stress not customer wrong....don’t blame them...Thanks

Delicious dessert. Sweetness is just right. However, there is no seating area to enjoy the dessert with friends. Try the $2.80 signature bowl - combination of beancurd, glass jelly, variety of beans, soft peanuts and some mochi-like thingy.
