Feels almost like JB that's hidden within an industrial estate. Gets filled up pretty quickly and decently priced. Some of the dishes are yummy and has a traditional taste to them. Would be best to come in a bigger group to try more stuff. The aunties and uncles working here are so friendly you might even want to give them a hug on your way out while you eat your free ice cream that they offer you.

Thank you so much for the very good dining experience today on a special day. I just made my reservation last midnight and i was surprised that i still managed to get a table at an earlier slot. My family enjoyed the food and the live band. Service was prompt and good too. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you!

I am impressed by the Ah Ma impeccable services, very friendly and courtesy putting smiling face all the time. The food from the kitchen was beyond doubt. Deliciously great. Overall the prices was reasonable. They had another branch in Science Park 2 31st January 2022 On eve of CNY we had earlier booked from Jennifer to cater for our reunion dinner. As we were advised to pre ordered our food to avoid long wait as we only had 90 minutes to dine in. Had asked for HK Steamed Grouper, if the fish was fresh if not we would prefer deep fried. To our disappointment the fish wasn't fresh at all. Our family did not finish the steam fish. First time encountered this kind of situation on pre ordered menu.

Tried the Fresh smoked BBQ sambal stingray, Fresh BBQ prawns, Four Treasure Soup, Garlic Lala and Curry Vegetables. Liked the spicy sambal in the sambal stingray as well as the garlic sauce in the Garlic Lala. Vermicelli tasted well after being soaked in the garlic sauce There is free unlimited ice cream popsicle at the end too. Area was spacious with background music, and is good for gatherings

Clean and windy eating environment. Food portion are alright for small portion. Overall food price are okay too. I.e., Small serving at $10/12 dollars for meat and below $18 for Medium size- pretty big serving. There are free ice cream sticks too😁 Kids like the food taste and asked to go back again for dinner in 2/3 weeks.

Spacious eateries, not crowded on sat lunch. Kids friendly place. Nice food, recommends the white lala beehoon, signature pork, curry fish head, black hokkien fried noodle. Don't recommend their lemongrass drink somehow taste weird, very cordial instant taste.free flow ice creams for those dining in.

Famous Jb101 Firewoks is started by 2 young bankers in 2014 which they served the best of 1970's tze char classics. What I tried Fresh Smoked BBQ Stingray. So what sets this BBQ Stingray apart from the rest? It arrive on a hot plate with sizzling sounds. The stingray meat was thick and juicy with an enticing smokey flavour. The slather of creamy smoky sambal sauce covering the stingray has a great balance of flavour. While it packs a spicy punch, it doesn’t burn your mouth with chilli heat. Squeeze in the lime on the side to give the stingray extra flavour. Fresh BBQ Prawns These plump prawns is super-duper fresh and full of sweetness! Grilled to perfection smokey and absolutely succulent. Four Treasure Soup I really liked how this was light and clear but retains the wholesome depths of flavours. It's a steal for how filling it is with it's generous ingredients. This soup is definitely the one to include for a hearty meal. Curry Vegetable This is a very lemak rich curry and loaded with ladyfingers, eggplant, long bean and beancurd puff. The curry absorbs into the ingredients nicely, yet it was not overpowering. Garlic Lala The punchiness of the garlic really shone and can still taste the sweetness of the fresh Lala. The vermicelli also well punctuated with garlic sauce and the sweetness of lala. It is an effortless slurp after slurp to finish the entire dish. What make it even sweeter other than the mouth-watering food, is they give FREE ICE CREAM for every diner!! 😍 Definitely worth travelling down for comfort affordable tze char dishes!!!
