Kyushu Ramen And Sushi

Takoyaki was delicious and drinks were ok. The broths for the chicken ramen and tonkotsu shio ramen were lacking depth of flavor. The chilli oil tastes like a blend of sriracha and oil. The service was nice until we were rushed our bill 2 mins into our bowls of ramen. The sushi was acceptable even though the rice was mushy.

The people who have left raving reviews of this restaurant clearly have no idea what real authentic Japanese food is. My ramen was beyond disappointing - broth lacked depth, chashu was the wrong cut of meat and not properly made . . . I ended up throwing out most of it. At least the portions were generous . . .

Kyushu is the best ramen and sushi in Stamford, hands down. Angela and her team are committed to authentic flavors and high quality ingredients. We had the pork belly bao, seafood ramen(theres like 3 kinds of seaweed from japan in here, it was AMAZING) and the chefs specialty rolls cannot be missed either.

To be honest, It is the best Japanese Ramen I have never tasted before. Why? First, less oil healthy with tasted soup, second, The restaurant chef he comes from Japan and makes the real classic Japanese food, third, restaurant decorated clean and comfortable, food served with high efficiency... I go to the restaurant at the near operation close time and I am lucky to have a chance to talk with the Japanese chef

Had dinner with some friends here tonight. We were seated quickly and given drinks. The service was generally good and we got our food in a timely manner. The skewers were nice to start off with, I had a set of squid skewers that hit the spot. Then I shared some takoyaki (fried Japanese octopus balls). The takoyaki was delicious as was its sauce. The Kaiser Ramen I had was absolutely phenomenal, a great bowl of seafood. The broth was delicious and the portion left me feeling satisfied. Definitely worth a trip to eat the ramen here!
