Planet Pizza

After waiting for 85 mins (original delivery time was 50 mins), this pizza came. On the phone, I asked a new delivery as soon as possible but was told that there was only one driver and it would delay. This was 75 mins ago. It is not easy to understand how one can think this is edible and can be sent to a customer. This is not the first time I experience this. I wanted to give another go but my mistake. Slow delivery, bad quality service, not at all helpful staff. Mistakes happen, but one has to make up for it; and this should not be the customer. I rarely give reviews, but now it is a pity that the lowest rating is one star. This one deserves lower.

Louis and Jeff are outstanding employees deserve a raise!!!! I came in for 2 slices left with 2 slices, a cake, a drink, a pizza roll (which was amazing!!) and. Garlic knots “rolls”. This place is actually really good for their prices. Completely worth it they’ll even treat you like family was my first time here and absolutely outstanding work from these 2 guys took care of me and stayed to chat fir a little. Completely recommend at least trying them!!!! Great food outstanding service thank you planet pizza of Stamford!!!

I hadn’t ordered from here literally in years due to our last order having a side of hair with it today I figured it’s been a few years let’s give them another chance. Well nothings changed the food was horrible my calzone was pale yet hard as a rock, so I basically gave up on trying to eat the middle of it. I ordered extra sauce they charged me for yet didn’t get it and my husband’s pizza was not only ice cold but tasted like the kind of pizza you eat when you’re supper drunk and won’t remember what your food tasted like. Never again lesson learned

Really disappointing to find out that an hour and a half AFTER placing a door dash order that they don't actually fulfil them. My card got charged and I wasn't notified in any way that I wasn't getting my order. When I called the restaurant all they said was simply they don't do door dash anymore because their prices aren't correct. They didn't ask what I ordered or in any way tried to fulfil it. Very sad way to handle the situation. To this day this restaurant is still on door dash.

We ordered for delivery tonight. After over and hour of waiting, and 20 minutes past the expected delivery time, we called to see when the order was coming. They claimed they didn’t have our order, but that they just found the order, yet our card had been charged. We of course canceled the order completely at that point. The second time in a month this happened. Terrible delivery service!
