Updated review after visit on Dec-10 Went to this restaurant with family while coming back home after Kalahari waterpark. Ordered drums of heaven, hakka noodles, samosas and chole bhature. Food was very fresh and flavorful. Bhature still have some room for improvement. But overall, we liked the food and sevice. ———- Food: Stopped on the way back from Buffalo to NJ as per the recommendation of a friend. We were all super hungry. We ordered Drums of heaven (rating 5/5), a baby corn appetizer (3/5 because of greasiness), Hakka noodles (4/5), pad Thai (2/3), chicken Tikka masala (1/5, too sweet, too much color, dry rubbery chicken pieces) and Naan (2/5, slightly burnt). Cash only: They don't accept cash and their prices are but on a higher side. So if you are a family of 4, your bill can run to a little over $100. Be prepared to carry that much cash. I usually don't keep so much cash. They have an ATM inside where you can pay double fees (ATM and your bank) to take out money. Service: This is the reason why this restaurant looses 2 stars. Server was busy aligning silverware on empty tables and did not bother to even fill our empty glasses with water. Overall their indian Chinese food was decent, but I would rate them lower for their north Indian food and service. Not my kind of dining out experience. I certainly expect a better service when I pay premium price for food in a restaurant.

Doing a quick getaway with wifey in PA. For some strange reason, she wanted Indian Cuisine when we arrived. Searched google and Ta Daaaah...Spice Kitchen!! So off we went. When we arrived, we were the only people there...made me hesitant, but, no guts...no glory haha. We had our pick of seats and took one. Our server gave us menus quickly, and suggested the buffet quickly as well. After a glimpse over the menu, we chose the buffet. The food was quite fresh and very flavorful..I went back for seconds. Tried my first beer from India as well..Taj Mahal...pretty good. We were looked after quite regularly by a friendly staff. I would definitely go back if given the chance.

This was our first time trying Indian cuisine in Pennsylvania I have to say that it was love at first bite! Every dish we tried was amazing. Everything about this restaurant is amazing, the ambiance, the service and definitely the food! If you have the chance to come to this restaurant, you will love it!.

Had a delightful experience at this Indian restaurant in Stroudsburg. The ambiance struck the right chord and the buffet spread was impressive. A few starters were a tad salty, but still enjoyable. A standout dish was the Palak Paneer, which was absolutely divine. Kudos to the courteous staff who made our visit even more pleasant. Highly recommended!
