Summit House

The Summit House is only open to skiers during the winter months. If you are in the area during the warmer months, you should definitely check out this restaurant. The staff has always been friendly and the service is great. The food has also been good everytime. Last but certainly not least is the spectacular view. Set at the top of the mountain at Camelback, you can see for miles on a clear day.

Located at the top of Camelback Ski Area, this is actually an excellent choice for lunch. Much more civilized than the cafeteria style of most ski areas, Kartrite's is relaxed with good food and beautiful views. Plus, you'll get good value for your money. Prices are equivalent to the base lodge food. Good food, pleasant staff, and great views.

Great view. The food for the Sunday buffet was plentiful, diverse and appetizing. The service was a little slow at first I guess due to the time and amount of customers but it was a while after seating before we were even acknowledged...even for a glass of water or to say,"You can go to the buffet." Once our server came, however, he was attentive. Quit a drive up the road but I would return.

What a gorgeous place! The staff was friendly and attentive, they properly helped us choosing a wine. the food was amazing, tasty and make you want for more. The view is simply stunning and if you go at the right time you can enjoy the sunset too! Can’t wait to go back and see this place in the snow! Cool plus, they were playing cute animals videos while we were there.

went 12-23-2018 and the manager treated us like royalty the waitress was awesome went back for dinner after this lunch experience truly a gem its fairly priced and and great view. Me and my daughter will visit every time we go, for the great food great service and great prices. This place treats you like there is a 100 places to eat on the mountain and they want you to go there instead of the other places. Just trust me ask for what ever you want eat there visit there stop there its def not a place to be overlooked. "NOT EXPENSIVE" Thanks mr manager for making me and my daughter feel welcome weather we wanted to warm up or eat an entire lunch was my kids best time of the day with hot coco and she told about 50 people about your restaurant on facebook already. Your staff understand memories will be made here that is clear. Customer as long as this is your motto.
