Whitney is awesome. The grilled octopus and pork belly tacos are the best I've ever had. Highly recommend when you're in town.

Attended a Birthday party. Great view of downtown Tampa and waterway. Food was pretty good. Pretzels were very good. Employees were great! Parking is expensive!

Enjoyed several apps with friends; the deviled eggs & meatball sliders were a crowd favorite!
Also enjoyed the Rhiskey Pineapple and Maui Mimosa - both were well made and paired well with our samplings.
Ended the meal with a slice of cake large enough to feed 4!
Great experience and highly recommend for groups!

The food was amazing, I got the social smash burger, and I swear they must put crack in their fries cause they were so good. the waiters were all really nice. it was very loud, but I guess that's what you get in a nice restaurant on the tampa bay. 5 stars

This past weekend I hosted my engagement party at AMSO. Bella and Nicole made my booking and planning experience wonderful. They were always available for questions I had up until our event took place. The night of the event, Josh was the event manager on site and was a big help! He even assisted us clean up our decor at the end of the night. The bartender we had was quick to make drinks and cleanup tables and hightops we had out. Our food was awesome! We had the shrimp cakes, sassy pigs in a blanket, sliders & goat cheese balls. The whole team made our event a blast and run super smooth. Thank you AMSO team!!! I totally recommend AMSO for events large or small :)

Jason was amazing! He set up 2 umbrellas for our table which was really nice to keep shade outside. Also amazing food!!! Some of my fav apps are deviled eggs and spinach and artichoke dip!! Thank you AMSO

The setting and service make American Social so special. The combination of the sports bar format with the monitors everywhere plus a live DJ is an original concept. We were a large group and thankfully we made reservations because that place was packed. It was brunch time. Noisy atmosphere but enjoyable. The service was on point; our server was great and so patient with the difficult members of the group. And the food looked great. Mine was delicious; I had the Wide Awake Steak and Eggs. Highly recommended.

We ended up enjoying our food. However- we were t greeter or brought water for quite some time. Then we just felt like we were pushed off in our server. Has to ask twice for salt- took forever/ the place is BUSY- covered in people so they’re not especially concerned with your dining experience. That said the goat cheese salad and omelette were both good.

The omelet was great and the drinks were tasty. The guac was “ok” but needed more flavor. The place was super crowded and there were a few service blips but we still enjoyed the visit. Would go back for sure.
