Perk's Donut Bar

Honestly, the best donuts I've ever had. I've had lots of donuts, as I am a food hound and I love sweets. These beat any large chain's confections by a long shot. They are super soft yet dense and pack a great flavor. My favorites are the lemon coconut, vanilla with rainbow sprinkles and my all-time favorite is the "bare" aka, plain cake. The service was very friendly and fast, nice atmosphere - I love the light teal color on the walls. Plus, they have Buddy Brew coffee, which is very good too. Nice and smooth. Oh, and I've had their gluten free donuts too and they are equally delicious.

FUN TOPPINGS= The menu displays all your choices in creating your ideal cake-styled Donut. First choose frosting, then topping, then drizzle. Besides Bacon (which isn’t much a shock anymore) the toppings aren’t too crazy but the options I’ve had were delicious and rich in flavor. I’ve combined the Bacon crumbs with Caramel and Maple flavors while another version I’ve had containing the Raspberry drizzle provided a strong, tart, and fruity addition. GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS= Although they’re smaller and pricier than the regular ones, their gluten-free Donuts were lighter and fluffier than any cakey Donut I’ve had. Remember—they also create these using dairy and Eggs if you’re allergic.

Just bought 6 doughnuts...3 Powdered Sugar and 3 Sugar Cinnamon. I was anxious to try these because I grew up in Ohio with these amazing cake donuts that were sold at the fair and in trailers outside groceries store. (Lerch's Donuts) The donut's at Perk's were absolutely hands down the freshest, yummiest donuts I have ever had in my life! Wow! What a treat! Super friendly staff as well. I highly recommend they set up donut spots through out the area... such as Brandon :)
