Chili's Grill & Bar

Had a great time. Sat at the bar. Drinks were Great tasting, bartender and stuff were pretty good and tried to stay on top of things to make sure we have what we needed. Food was good. Shared I forgot the exact name but it was something like the cilantro steak and it was definitely tasty and between that and the chip appetizer and another appetizer filled to people, having alcoholic beverages as well. Place was clean and not overly crowded.

Absolutely disgusting food when I ordered to-go. This was my first to-go order and spent $70 only to receive cold, soggy and WET food. My husband waited over 20 minutes for them to bring the food out, so we imagined it would be fresh and hot. Not only was the food not edible, they forgot to give us our drinks and dessert we paid for. So we got half our meal and couldn’t eat it. I’ve called three times (it’s 8pm) and no one is answering! This is the worst to-go experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Best part of my meal was my beer. Showed up on a Wednesday around 2:40pm and sat at the bar. Bartender recommended the “southwest shrimp ceasar salad”. As you can see by the pictures, I needed a spoon, not a fork. I don’t like big cuts but it’s supposed to be a salad, not coleslaw. The taste was not spectacular or anywhere in the ballpark of “tasty” and i wouldn’t recommend this salad to anyone that appreciates presentation and taste. I’m reminded as to why I don’t come here often.

I ordered for delivery. The application tracked the driver being there waiting for my food for over 20 minutes. When it got home, this is what I got. I asked for a Well doné burger and I ended up having the worst bite of my life. Completely raw. I could taste the blood when I took the bite. I called to let them know. No apologies given just recommendations on how I could get my money back from the delivery application. First time on the Lithia Chillis and the last.

Do NOT recommend. Entire family regretted this choice of restaurant. This place was visibly unclean, the floor under our table was wet and sticky and the ordering tablet and table looked greasy and gross. The service was just so unsatisfactory! We were mostly left unattended and everything came out slow (multiple times it got to the point of just looking around to try and wave any waiter down) And it wasn't even a busy time. So it took a long time for our order to be taken and then given, and once gotten one of the orders was completely wrong. The food was just terribly mediocre, and lukewarm. I know not to expect the absolute best from a chili's restaurant, but there was no excuse for this restaurant being bad or just below average in every aspect. OH, and the waiter had put a meal we never ordered on our check (by reading other reviews apparently that's happened more than a few times here). So we almost ended up being overcharged for this regrettable experience. And once we got our check corrected, our waiter also brought back the wrong amount of change. It was so many mistakes at that point that it just felt rude, and literally had us wondering what was mistakes and what was intentional carelessness.

Haven't been to chili's in a while. No wait time on a Sunday afternoon for 2 and a baby. The place looked busy, service was prompt, friendly and professional. Presidente margarita was honestly incredible, the chips and salsa were soooooo addicting, we got 3 bowls of salsa. Corn there was perfect. My chicken & shrimp pasta wasn't as hot as I would have like but i did let it sit while I ate the corn. My wife's fajitas were great too. Definitely need to go again.

Ordered through DoorDash. I understand specifications can be missed but repeatedly preparing dishes incorrectly that have no special request is ridiculous. Then to have a manager, Laura I believe, blame the customer for not understanding how tickets are written up is inexcusable. Poor customer and extremely hit or miss food. Save your money and go somewhere else. (Photo below: asked for no onions and to add jalapeños. Received onions and chives? Never received the jalapeños or the ranch that is included in burger bites. Fries were cold (it happens) but absolutely no seasoning, not even salt (had to add our own).
