Sonic Of Watertown

The lobby & drive-in are both closed & the drive thru is abysmally slow. I ordered a medium blackberry slush but got charged for a large instead & judging by the looks & taste I’m pretty sure I got strawberry lemonade or something. How on earth is bLaCkBeRrY light pink?? I double checked w/the lady & she said it was blackberry but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t. So…inconveniencing customers by denying 2/3 of the service options, drive thru is super slow, & employees don’t give the customers the size/flavors they asked for.

The food we received here was hot and fresh. The drinks we ordered were delicious as well. However, the wait was extremely long on more than one occasion of eating here. Additionally, there were no straws available and no one said anything until after purchasing our drinks (although straws were provided). Typical restaurant mistakes but overall it's decent if you are willing to wait.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I’ve been several times since moving to the area. Ruined my order every single time. Completely gave me the wrong order twice this time. Decided to leave with what I had. Ruined the experience for me. Sonic was always a childhood favorite. I Will never be returning to this location. Horrible staff and not what a Sonic should be. I am from the south so this disappoints me very much.

This particular location is in a sad state. One of the drive-thru lanes has been out of order for several years. Half of the stalls are out of order. They are very very slow at taking an order and delivering an order. From the drive-thru window you can see a kitchen that is always terribly filthy. This place is in desperate need of management. I'm from the Midwest, and love Sonic, but this location is hurting the brand and likely losing a ton of money.

The owner of this location really doesn't want to spend money as there was one employee working the front. She was handling drive thru, front cash, bringing the food out to the cars. Because of this, I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line and the front lobby was closed. That's unacceptable considering I was there at 6pm, prime time dinner time, so for the owner to only have 1 person hired working, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable
