Punjab Sweet House

Good location. i recently saw they moved to different building but same mall. Few Parking stalls are available in sharing in that mall. I went there few times. i like their quality of food and snacks it better then few competitors. They are maintaining good quality from a while. I found their customer service to be not that good and i don't see any great change either

I was a loyal customer for 10+years but the place has gone down in quality and service. I bought a dozen of samosas and a pound of paneer pakodas, have to wait 20 mins to place the order as the girls on counter were serving customers on their on their personal choice. Even after placing order the people who came after me got served before me. Finally after 40-45 minutes when my order came it was missing chutneys. Complete waste of money .never going back

Idk about the food but they talk very rudely. Very cheap costumer service. The ladies over their they don’t know how to talk to a costumer they just keep staring at the costumers in a very bad way. They guys really really needs to learns some manners Specially to an aunty over their. She so rude her way of looking is so so bad.
