They still got the crunchy tube for dollar tacos but she got a wait outside for them cause it takes a while for them to cook. I loaded up with cheese when I get home and Taco Bell sauce nice back.

It was surely a mediocre experience. I ordered on the app, so I know that I ordered the way I wanted my stuff...with that being said we will just say I got nothing my way. Nothing was the way it was ordered. My grandson is a picky eater so he wanted to try a plain ch king chicken sandwich. No such luck. It came spicy very sloppy lots of sauces cheese and pickles. That was a waste of money. We paid for a 16 oz shake and paid the extra for whipped cream, they told me the shake machine was broke so they subsituted a small coke for that with no refund for the price difference. We ordered nuggets, they gave me no sauce so I stayed at the drive through window waiting for someone to come back to the window to give me some sauce...no one even looked my way until a gentleman came in from the dining room to behind the counter and saw me still at the window and came and gave me sauce. I could really go on n on how bad this experience was. The craziest part is I usually order from the app and get it delivered from a different burger King and the food is hot and correct 95% of the time. Won't be going back to that burger King again and that is for sure.

I can understand being busy but an hour and 15 minutes is ridiculous. And to seriously give me a hard time for wanting a refund? Pathetic

I left with the kids to go to the car to get the baby's diaper changed, and I left my food on the table. They threw a rodeo burger away in a bag that I was saving for my wife. Now thats a common mistake and I understand the need to keep the dining room clean, except when I went back to get it, the shift leader, Leticia, REFUSED to remake it and or give me my money back. Then when I told her that I would get the corporate office involved, she literally wrote down the number to the restaurant itself on the receipt, in the hopes that I would call it right away and she could have control over the conversation. This specific shift leader needs to be fired.

Food is as expected from a fast food joint. Haven't been impressed by the service at all since day one it has been mediocre, to say the least. Just hit the drive thru!

I love it, it was clean, they were prompt to acknowledge our presence and the best part we can dine in ( unlike the other place) and the manager was polite and quick to answer my question coming back from taking food to a car.
