My husband worked here. When he was here he dealt with discrimination because he didn’t know Spanish. He dealt with higher ups who never had repercussions for showing favoritism. When he spoke out about his supervisor treating him differently they stopped giving him opportunities for overtime altogether. When he put his two weeks in, HR knew his windshield wipers had stopped working ON THE FREEWAY when it was extremely dangerous for him to drive, he called in to let them know he would not be able to make it because he had to get it fixed before he could go anywhere. They told him not to come back and they would have his check ready for him. They do not value their employees and treat them terribly. DO NOT WORK HERE. The turnover rate is terrible for a reason. Save yourself the time.

Developed an allergic health medical condition because of seafood and cold environment. They did not provide me proper PPE for my hands. The supervisor told me deal with work and needle stabbing pain in my hands on the production line, or else I can lose my job. The agency would not find me any more work after this incident. They gave a bad recommendation because of the incident. If someone had that much kind of lot of pain like that they would be crying and saying ouch displaying upset disposition.

I worked here for a week and it was an awful experience. They were under-manned which already meant more work for the employees but to make it worse, they ramped up the work for us. Night shift produced more than day shift but with far less people than day shift. On top of that, they didn't train is to do anything. We were just expected to show up every night for 10 hours a night and not be trained to do the jobs we were given. Then the supervisor would get mad at us when we messed something up even though it was inevitable that we were going to do something wrong because no one had any clue as to what we were doing. I do not suggest this job to anyone.
