Je me suis régalée 😋

To die for!

I'm so glad that I found this on Yelp and stopped in here for lunch. The pâtisserie is well decorated and full of French women (not tourists), either with their kids or with friends, while on their lunch break. Service is quick and very friendly.
Food:
- Quiche Lorraine: This is why I came here! Came with a side salad; tasted great.
- Thé gourmand: They have a really vast selection of tea types. The thé/café gourmand both come with two evening cakes, which you can pick from the front. I had a pistachio macaron with raspberry and a millefeuille, which both had phenomenal texture (crispy on the outside, moist on the inside) and tasted very fresh.

A rather pleasant place. I plan to return here someday and try other offerings. As you enter off to the right is a pâtisserie where you may get items to go. To the left is the seating area. Most of the seats are for two people. There are probably 12 tables or so. The servers for the most part know English. When you enter you sit down and they will come to your table and take your order. First they will bring you a menu. When they are busy it takes a bit of time for them to bring you your food. What I had was fairly good. The waiter will leave your Bill on the table under a plate. When you are ready you may view your bill and put money on the plate for them to process.

This was a great brunch spot for me and my friend on a Sunday. The menu was limited, but we were both more than satisfied with the "Full Anglais" breakfast. It was a terrific way to let my American friend taste traditional French bacon too. If you haven't had orange presse yet, this is a great place to start, though it does fall on the tangier side.
Both servers that assisted us spoke English well, and were helpful whenever we made it clear that we needed their assistance--typical of any French eating spot.
Be aware though that if you get any dish with honey or sweets or fruit and eat outside, the bees will likely flock to you. We ended up moving our bowls of yogurt, granola, honey, and raspberries to the table next to us so that the bees would be at least a little further away.
Overall, we loved our time at Weibels and would gladly return! And I've been daydreaming about that eggs, bacon, and toast since my visit, so I likely will return again SOON.

A classy place to enjoy your coffee and pastries, and perhaps even lunch.
The interior is simply but beautifully decorated. Do note, however, that it's more expensive dining in (sur place) than getting your food to go (à emporter).
They have a wide variety of cakes, patisseries, bread, chocolates, and ice cream on display. They are a bit pricey but still cheaper than ordering dessert at a restaurant. I tried several of their tartes and eclairs - all amazing. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with any of them. My friends all raved about their smoothies, which is called a "jus" there. My iced coffee was surprisingly good as well, and large(!)
The workers there are super nice and don't get annoyed when you ask them to explain what certain things are and the ingredients, which I really appreciate.

Delicious food, friendly staff and lovely environment. Brunch at 12 so we could enjoy the croques was worth the wait

We ordered one pizza and coffees. The food and drinks were pretty good. I loved my latte and my friends liked their cappuccinos.
Four stars for super slow service and lackluster customer care. We had to ask for menus several times. Saying "hello" to a waiter is returned by a grumpy look.
The area is super cute, sitting outside is very nice but be careful of cars driving by. We had to scoot our chairs in a few times to avoid getting run over.
It's self seating. There's a bathroom for customers and the pastries looked and smelled great. Will try them next time.

Perfect place for some coffee and pastries!
Every one of their pastries looked amazing it was so hard to choose. But since it was breakfast we got an almond croissant and a brioche with sugar.
The brioche was surprisingly yummy! Super simple but goes perfectly with coffee and it's not too sweet. The texture of the bread was moist and not too soft and not too hard. Really wanted more!
The almond croissant was equally as yummy and why is it that the French are just so good at making croissants!!! I wish I could have a croissant made like this every day for breakfast.
The shop itself is quite cozy, has seats inside and outside but not too many so make sure you snag a table quick!

Ran in at closing and still managed to assemble a delightful assortment of French desserts. Helpful and patient counter staff. Maybe a little pricey but quality matches price in this Case. No pictures as the masses made quick work of our selection.

Chocolates!!!! So good! Such a cute place with friendly people. Would definitely recommend. Tried to get back for a meal because it looked so good.

One of the best place for pastries and sweets. Antique and pleasant environment. A definite go back!

On the morning of our departure from Aix, we wanted to take some snacks with us on the train. I read about this patisserie (which is right at Place Richelme) from a blog raving about its almond croissants, but I ended up getting a spinach quiche. It was pretty good. We also had some coffee, as there's a dining area in the back.

This patisserie / boulangerie is one of the best in Aix en Provence. They have the best croissants, brioche, and quiche that I've tasted here and I've been to a lot of patisseries. They are a bit more expensive than a lot of the other places, but it is worth it. They have a big variety of items and everything looks delicious. Another big point goes to this place for having seating. It is a great place to sit and watch the activity at the farmers' market. There are tables and chairs inside and outside, which is rare for a patisserie. They also serve coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. They will take your order and bring everything to your table. My only complaint so far would be that they often take too long to deliver the food as they usually hold it until your coffee is ready and sometimes there is a long line of drinks to make.
