I tried to go in to buy a dozen donuts and they would not sell them to me because they said you need to call that type of order in or wait even though they had them ready and no a single other customer in the store.

Ordered two Asiago bagels toasted with cream cheese. Received two burnt bagels with two packets of Philadelphia cream cheese. I had to spread on the cream cheese myself and the bagels tasted like they took them out of the garbage. If I wanted a do it yourself bagel I would have went to the store and bought a sack of bagels and a carton of cream cheese. I would of saved 4$ bucks doing it myself with a better quality bagel.

I go to tim Hortons for coffee. I drive out of my way most work days to get it, and work all over. One of the strangest weakest tasting coffees I've had from a Tim Hortons. Can't comment on much else, very hospitable but disgusting coffee, would never go back

Canadian chain selling signature premium-blend coffee, plus light fare like pastries, panini & soup.
Our experience was wonderful.
We were to walk-in directly place our order without waiting.
Preparation of our order was very swiftly delivered.
We were satisfied with the service and attentive friendly staff.
The coffee was great and we added our condiments as we wished.

They said that they discontinued the spicy maple sauce and did not allow mobile ordering. I continue to get spicy maple sauce at other locations.

Look at the picture. I can't believe this... half a cup???? Rip off!!!!! and coffee smelled burned. Coffee isn't fresh at all and The workers there are very rude. Shame on you. That's not right at all. I wish I can give them a no star. One star is too much

This Tim Horton's is located within the Mobil Gas Station, and is very busy in the morning. It isn't uncommon for there to be a major traffic jam within the Mobil Gas Station parking lot. There are times when it is difficult to navigate around the gas pumps, and the entrance/exit from Old Woodward. However, the service is relatively fast, and the staff are very nice.

i was there today and order a croissant with bacon and instead i got sausage which i do not like, Also if i wanted to cream cheese my own bagel i’d make one at home
