Sunny Street Cafe

I've lived down the street for 3 years and stopped by today for the first time, to see what I've been missing (they've been open for 2 years). Wish I had come by sooner. Ordered the Loaded Hash Browns, which are a lot more than just hash browns. It is a whole breakfast, just kind of mixed together. The menu says it is golden-crispy hash browns, topped with two eggs, sausage gravy, cheese and sautéed onion, served with toast (I had a fresh English Muffin as my toast choice). And the menu was right! All fresh, tasty food cooked just right. My server, Cristyn, was friendly and professional and, by the way, the coffee was good, too. I'll be back.

I came here yesterday on 12/30/2019 for lunch with my kids. I was very impressed with there menu that they had a kids menu to order them food. One of my kids had Mac and Cheese with Smiley Fries and the other had T-Rex Toes (chicken fingers) and Smiley fries. The portions were big and my kids ate well almost ate all of it. I myself order the Chicken Monterey Ranch Wrap without bacon. It was delicious the price for lunch for one adult and two kids was very affordable. Our waitress was also very friendly. I'll definitely be going her again, maybe breakfast next time!

We went there on a very busy day (for Sunday brunch) so we had to wait some time to get a table. I’m only giving them 4 stars because after having the table and ordering the food we still had to wait another 25 minutes for our food to get ready. But being honest it totally was worth the wait, the food was delicious. We had breakfast quesadilla, big breakfast sandwich and regular french toast and all of them were tasty. I probably liked the big breakfast sandwich the best but everything was great even the regular coffee!

We liked this place. The portion sizes are large and the prices are reasonable. The loaded hash browns and chicken fried steak were good. The biscuits are HUGE!!1 The service was fine. It would be cool if they had mimosas, but it's not required. We look forward to going back and trying a few other menu items, including several sausage gravy items and Mexican dishes

If you’re looking for a calm breakfast or lunch cafe, this is your place. The staff acts like they are vested in the success of the restaurant, the food tastes notably flavorful, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The location isn’t the best and currently google maps has the right side of the intersection, but the restaurant is actually a little north in the parking lot.
